Salt & Straw is giving ice cream lovers another reason to stop by this July.

The Portland-based ice cream company is celebrating National Ice Cream Day with a weeklong promotion featuring a new Build Your Own Pint Sundae.

Available July 17-23, the $15 treat lets customers choose three scoops of their favorite flavors served in a personalized pint cup.

Each sundae is topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and a cherry, and guests can decorate their pint with limited-edition stickers.

The promotion also coincides with Salt & Straw’s July Berries Series, which highlights Pacific Northwest berry season.

Featured flavors include Birthday Cakes and Blackberries, Strawberry Pretzel Salad, Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero, Huckleberry Oat Crisp with Foraged Porcini and the vegan Raspberry Marzipan Princess Cake.

National Ice Cream Day is on July 19. Salt & Straw Rewards members can earn double loyalty points that day.

Salt & Straw, which started in Portland, now has scoop shops across Oregon and Washington, including locations in Portland, Eugene, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Vancouver, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland.
